Parkour Workshop (Ages 6-9, 10+)

  • Ages 6-9: 9:30 – 10:45 am
  • Ages 10+: 11:00 am – 12:15 pm
Class Description: Parkour is a movement discipline in which students overcome mental and physical obstacles to safely navigate through their environment using a combination of running, jumping and climbing.  In this “Introduction to Parkour” workshop, participants will learn a number of basic Parkour movements and techniques on how to break down movements in a safe and progressive manner.  Participants will also learn how to use these movements in a variety of settings and to use them individually and in groups to overcome a variety of physical and mental challenges.  Instruction will be provided by the experienced and ADAPT-certified Parkour Generations Boston team, who regularly teach classes and workshops throughout the Greater Boston region.
Cost: $60 for three-day workshop.

Class Description: Our PeeWee Warriors Fitness class is our version of American Ninja Warriors! Specifically designed for children ages 5-9, this program focuses on improving your child’s listening, motor skills, fitness, concentration, and self-confidence. Students will complete weekly drills and exercises before working together to safely build and run their own obstacle courses.
