Class Description:
In this 4 week series you will be introduced to centering pranayama (breathing) exercises, vigorous Vinyasa flow, standing poses for strength and balance, as well as deep Hatha stretches, yoga core work, and relaxation techniques. Designed for all levels, this workshop will help melt away stress as you build strength and flexibility and increase the circulation of your body’s natural energy.  Students should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Class Times:
Mondays 7:30 – 8:30pm
4-week Session:
3/20 – 4/10
$40 for four week session.

Aerial Yoga

Class Description: Aerial yoga is a combination of traditional yoga poses done on the floor, and postures practiced using a soft fabric “trapeze” (called an aerial fabric hammock or sling) suspended above the floor. This is the same fabric that aerialists use in the circus, but in aerial yoga our body weight is distributed between the fabric and the floor, allowing us to access traditional yoga postures in new ways. This class involves a variety of workouts integrating components of aerial conditioning, Pilates, and yoga in the air and on the mat.
Class Times: Saturdays, 9:30-10:30am or Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm (Ruth Lieberherr)
  • Wednesdays, Jan 25 – March 8. (No class 2/1.)
  • Saturdays, Feb 25 – April 1.  (Sorry, class is FULL.)
  • Wednesdays, March 22 – April 26.
Cost: $120 full session.  $25 Drop in.
Due to limited space, Preregistration is encouraged.

Intro to Aerial Yoga Workshop (One day only)

Class Description: A great introduction for those new to Aerial Yoga.  Learn the basics in this one day workshop!
