Penny Deplacido
Zumba Instructor

Penny has been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is a certified fitness instructor through the American Fitness Association of America and Les Mills Body Pump trainer. She is also Licensed Zumba professional and a member of the ZIN network.

Penny has been a Fitness Director at several local facilities implementing and running successful aerobic programs at Gold Gym., Everett, Executive Fitness., Woburn and The World of Health in Burlington.
Penny has worked at The Boston Sports Club for 16 years teaching a variety of fitness classes including Aqua Step, KickBoxing, Dance, Step, BodyPump, Body Combat and Zumba. She has also spent ten years working with Seniors teaching cardio and conditioning classes.

Penny specializes in Zumba classes and has run her own Zumba Fitness business for the past 5 years. She has created and lead several successful Zumba parties rallying members from different gyms to generate big annual fitness jams.

Ann Munchmeyer
Zumba Instructor

Ann Munchmeyer has been teaching group fitness classes for over 25 years. She teaches everything from Zumba to muscle to step. She is AFAA certified and has her Zumba/Zumba Step certifications as well. She lives in Lexington with her husband, four boys and their dog, Ellie.

Eileen Malana
Pilates Instructor

Eileen McGonagle has taught dance extensively to children and adults since 1981. She is a graduate of Boston State College with a background in both Physical Education and Dance. McGonagle is certified in Group Fitness through Ipswich YMCA and Pilates through the North Shore Athletic Club. Eileen has also performed in a variety of shows with Gene Murray Dance Company, Jenny Wiley Theatre, and Walt Disney to name a few.


Jessie Liu
Zumba Instructor

Jessie LOVES teaching Zumba® and she teaches with passion, kindness, patience, and lots of care for her students. Jessie has been a licensed instructor since 2009. She cares about her students and her goal is to help them grow stronger and healthier while having a blast!!

In Jessie’s Zumba® classes, students will dance, smile, and move to Latin rhythms and international music such as Bollywood and have a great time! Jessie welcomes beginners in her classes. Being able to bring Zumba® into people’s lives and seeing the positive changes it brings is truly rewarding, and that’s one of the many reasons she loves teaching!
In addition to Zumba, Jessie has also taken a wide variety of dance, Barre, and Yoga trainings. Jessie is a certified yoga instructor and teaches Self-Care Yoga. Jessie enjoys learning and designing classes for her students that are Simple, Fun, and Effective
