Adult Summer Ballet Intensive

Session Days/Times: July 10 – 14, 6:00 – 8:30pm
Class Description: Join us for a one-week intensive ballet program, taught by Cosmin Marculetiu, focused on technique and classical repertoire.
Cost: $250.  Registration deadline: June 30, 2017.  (Six adult minimum to run the program.)
Dress requirements: Romantic Tutu or knee length skirt, and pink ballet slippers.

Class Times:  SUMMER SCHEDULE (Starts Monday, June 26)
• Mondays: 6:30 – 8:00pm
• Tuesdays: 10-11:30am
• Thursdays: 10-11:30am
• Saturdays & Sundays 10-11:30am
Class Description: Designed for all experience levels. Build long, sleek and lean muscles through strength building barre exercises. Learn more connecting steps, pirouettes, and leaps. You’ll feel stronger after every class and will be amazed how ballet has changed you.
Cost: $15/class or $135 for 10-class card


Beginner Adult Ballet
Instructor: Lauren Sylvia
Class Times: (Level I) Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30 pm.  (Level II) 7:30 – 8:30 pm
(SPRING) 6-Week Session: 5/25 – 6/29
(SUMMER) 4-Week Session: 7/13 – 8/3
Class Description: This beginner class is for adults interested in learning body placement and basics of ballet. Class is session based so students gain skills and build on their technique. Level II is for students who have completed Level I or have previous experience in ballet and are looking for a refresher.
Cost: $120 for 6-week session; $80 for 4-week session

Beginner Adult Pointe
Instructor: Lauren Sylvia
Class Times: Saturdays 9:00 – 10:00 am
(SPRING) Placement: 4/1.  8-Week Session: 4/8 – 6/17.  No class 4/15, 5/13 or 5/27.  Make up class: 6/24.
(SUMMER) Placement
(pre-registration required): 7/8.  4-Week Session: 7/15 – 8/5
Class Description:
The Beginner Ballet Pointe class is designed for adults who are interested in expanding their ballet training. This class will focus on the many details of dancing on pointe, and students will work to strengthen their ballet technique with essential barre and center work. Previous ballet experience required; all students will be assessed and approved for pointe during placement class.
Cost: Placement $15. $80 for 4-week session
